Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MetricFlow website and workspace.

1. The service

MetricFlow is a business-intelligence workspace that presents revenue, customer, conversion, cohort, and forecasting analytics in a single interface. The workspace ships with a complete sample dataset so every module can be evaluated instantly. All computation runs locally in your browser.

2. Plans and checkout

Three plans are offered — Starter $29, Growth $79, and Business $199 per month, with yearly billing at roughly a 17% discount:

  • Checkout completes without entering card details.
  • Nothing is charged, billed, or refunded — no payment processor participates in the flow.
  • Your selection unlocks the matching plan features for your session and persists in your browser's local storage.
  • You can switch plan or billing frequency at any time from the checkout summary or the workspace settings.

3. Accounts and your data

Registration asks for an email address and password, which are stored in your browser's local storage for your session. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Clearing site data — or using the in-product “Reset demo data” action — removes it immediately. Cards and credentials stored here carry no value anywhere else; do not reuse passwords from other services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to explore and evaluate MetricFlow as intended. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to mislead others about the source or meaning of the numbers it displays.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or organization in account or content fields.

5. No warranty

MetricFlow is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of the analytics outputs it displays.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of MetricFlow is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the outputs it displays.

7. Trademarks

Product names and companies that appear in sample data or copy may be illustrative; any resemblance to real names is coincidental and unintended.

8. Contact
